Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning of solar panels using approved tools and techniques.
Remove dust, dirt, bird droppings, and other debris from solar modules.
Ensure no damage is caused to panels during cleaning.
Follow safety protocols while working on rooftops or ground-mounted solar plants.
Inspect panels for visible defects or damages and report to the O&M Engineer.
Maintain cleaning equipment (brushes, water systems, safety gear).
Maintain daily cleaning log and submit reports to the supervisor.
Assist in basic site maintenance activities if required.
Ensure proper water usage and avoid wastage.
Follow company safety guidelines and PPE compliance.
