Responsibilities and Duties

· Wiping of washed utensils.

· Being watchful and promptly clearing tables as soon as Guests finish their food.

· Cleaning, sweeping and mopping the entire Dhaba and make the place ready as per the directions of Floor In charge.

· Maintaining service area absolutely clean and hygienic at all time.

· Strictly maintaining discipline inside Dhaba at all time.

· Any other job assigned by the Floor In charge/ Dhaba Manager time to time.

Requirements & Skills Set

· Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.

· Able to stand for extended periods of time.

· Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods.

· Ability to work as a team and follow instructions.

· Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to manage the overall functioning of the store, including material planning, receiving, storing, and issuing. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring timely and accurate stock entries, monitoring consumption, and coordinating with relevant teams to support smooth kitchen and operational workflows.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Inventory Planning & Procurement

· Calculate reordering quantities accurately and ensure timely ordering of materials.

· Maintain optimum stock levels at all times to avoid shortages or emergency local purchases.

2. Receiving & Storage Management

· Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.

· Conduct quality checks, including expiry date verification, and reject any damaged or substandard items.

· Arrange materials in a systematic and accessible manner.

· Ensure materials are stored properly and on time in coordination with staff.

3. Hygiene & Cleanliness

· Maintain absolute cleanliness and hygiene in the store area at all times.

· Take preventive steps to keep the store free from insects, rodents, and other pests.

4. Issuing & Consumption Tracking

· Issue materials to kitchen staff as per standard requisition procedures and designated timings.

· Monitor and track material consumption regularly to identify unusual usage or wastage.

· Follow proper documentation and approval protocols during issuing.

5. Accuracy in Documentation

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock entries, issues, and returns.

· Ensure daily books are correctly maintained and available for audit or review at any time.
