Cleaner

We are looking for reliable and skilled Cleaning Partners (on-call/contract basis) who can take up assigned cleaning jobs as per availability. The role involves executing cleaning tasks at customer premises while maintaining Busy Bucket’s service standards and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform home, kitchen, sofa, bathroom, or water tank cleaning as per job assignment.

• Report to the service location on time as per booking schedule.

• Use cleaning materials and tools as per Busy Bucket’s standards.

• Complete assigned cleaning efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.

• Capture before and after photos and update job status through the company app or WhatsApp.

• Maintain polite communication with customers and respect client property.

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols during cleaning.

• Inform the coordinator about any issues, damages, or service delays immediately.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience preferred (home, office, or housekeeping).

• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp and GPS access.

• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-behaved with customers.

• Willing to work in different areas based on booking requirements.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools (training support provided).

Payment Terms

• Per-job payment basis depending on service type (Home Cleaning / Sofa / Bathroom / Water Tank).

• Additional incentive for customer appreciation or extra effort.

• Payment processed within 3 days of job completion and approval.
