Job Description

HIRING – SOLAR PANEL CLEANING STAFF

Position: Solar Panel Cleaning – Field Support Staff

Total Vacancies: 10

Gurgaon – 5 Positions

Panipat – 5 Positions

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Travel Allownces

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: As per site schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Manual cleaning of solar panels at assigned sites

• Follow the cleaning method and safety instructions provided by the company

• Take before & after photos of cleaning activities

• Use safety equipment such as TT, safety jacket & helmet

• Report to the assigned site on time

• Follow the scheduled site activities properly

Candidate Requirements:

• Permanent resident of Gurgaon (Gurugram) for Gurgaon location

• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/rooftop work

• Basic smartphone knowledge required

• Comfortable working at heights

• Willing to work flexible timings, including early morning shifts

• Solar/O&M, housekeeping or outdoor work experience preferred but not mandatory
