Job Description

Hiring: Caretaker (PG Accommodation)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Dighi Hills, Pune

We are looking for an honest, hardworking, and polite Caretaker to manage a boys' PG accommodation.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning of 6 flats, including:
- Bed making
- Basic utensil cleaning
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
Turn the water motor ON/OFF on time.
Perform basic maintenance work such as:
- Flush repair
- Minor plumbing
- Other small repair tasks
Clean the parking area 4 times every month.
Show the PG property to prospective customers and assist with admissions.

Salary

Basic Salary: ₹7,000/month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month
Total Earnings: Up to ₹12,000/month
