Job Description – 24-Hour Caretaker

Position: Only Female Caretaker (24-Hour Duty)

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Caretaker to provide 24-hour supervision and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the assigned premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
Ensure safety and security of the property.
Monitor visitors and manage entry/exit activities.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Assist residents, guests, or staff as required.
Maintain daily records and follow company policies.
Be available to handle emergencies at any time.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on a 24-hour residential duty basis.
