Complete Bookings Properly:

1- Ensure that all bookings are completed properly and get ratings from the customer.

2- If you fail to complete a booking, the share for that booking will be deducted from your salary.

KPIs and Penalties:

1- If your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or metrics are not maintained properly, your ID will be deactivated.

2- First-time penalty: ₹2500 will be charged to reactivate your ID.

3- Second-time penalty: ₹5000 will be charged if your metrics are not maintained again.

On-time Performance: 80%
