Job Title: Child Care / Baby Care Attendant

We are looking for a Child Care (Baby Care) Attendant to join our team at Hamida Enterprises LLP. The role focuses on ensuring the safety, hygiene, comfort, and overall well-being of infants and young children in a clean, nurturing environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 – ₹20,000, based on experience and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and supervision for infants and young children.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of children, play areas, sleeping areas, and feeding spaces.

• Assist with feeding, diaper changes, bathing, and dressing of children as required.

• Ensure a safe, secure, and child-friendly environment at all times.

• Clean and sanitize toys, baby equipment, furniture, and frequently touched surfaces.

• Monitor children’s health and behavior, and report any concerns to parents or supervisors.

• Support children’s basic activities such as playtime, rest, and routines.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and childcare guidelines strictly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard

• Experience: 0 – 6+ years in baby care, child care, or related roles

• Basic knowledge of child hygiene, safety practices, and caregiving routines

• Patience, attentiveness, and a caring attitude toward children

• Good time management skills and attention to detail

• Physical stamina to handle childcare tasks efficiently

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
