Web Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Complete management of Bersache’s Shopify website

• Product listing, catalogue, pricing, images and content management

• Manage collections, categories, filters and website navigation

• Manage website banners, landing pages, offers and campaigns

• Plan and execute website updates for new product launches and sales

• Monitor website sales, traffic, conversion rate and AOV

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and online revenue

• Manage Shopify apps, payment gateway and third-party integrations

• Coordinate with developers/designers for website development and technical issue

• Analyse customer behaviour and website performance

• Prepare regular website performance reports

• Coordinate with marketing team for Meta/Google campaigns and landing pages

• Ensure accurate inventory, pricing and product information

• Take ownership of website issues and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Shopify

• D2C / E-commerce website management

• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Google Analytics / GA4

• Google Search Console

• Basic SEO

• Conversion Rate Optimization

• Good understanding of website UX

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
