Job Description

  • Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure on-time dispatch of shipments.

  • Lead and manage delivery associates to achieve daily delivery targets.

  • Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and route allocation.

  • Coordinate with hub operations and delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.

  • Track shipment status and ensure timely updates in the system.

  • Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.

  • Monitor delivery performance metrics, including SLA, TAT, and productivity.

  • Train, mentor, and support new delivery associates.

  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance to management.

  • Manage return shipments (RTO), undelivered orders, and exception cases.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
