Warehouse Supervisor – Picker & Packer Operations

Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Hub: IKEA Chembur

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and manage a team of Pickers & Packers at our Chembur warehouse location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage picker & packer teams

• Monitor daily warehouse productivity and operations

• Ensure accurate picking, packing, scanning, and dispatch processes

• Manage attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation

• Maintain operational discipline and safety standards

• Coordinate with operations and warehouse management teams

• Handle inventory movement and daily reporting

Eligibility:

• Experience in warehouse/logistics supervision preferred

• Team handling experience is mandatory

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch processes

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Salary: Up to ₹27,000/month

• PF + ESIC Benefits Applicable

• Payroll: Vendor Payroll
