Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Life Care Logistic Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers an attractive in-hand salary with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, pack, and dispatch goods while maintaining accurate stock records.
Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Train and guide team members on proper handling of materials, including hazardous items.
Ensure goods are labeled accurately and stored in the correct locations.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure only the best products are dispatched.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for timely replenishment.
Process all receipts, GRN, and inventory updates promptly in the system.
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the warehouse.
Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for timely dispatch.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred)
Experience: 2–15 years in warehouse operations or supervision role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
Leadership ability to manage and motivate a team
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
