Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: We are looking for a disciplined Warehouse Supervisor to lead our daily operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of inventory, manpower, and vehicle coordination, ensuring maximum efficiency and zero stock loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily inbound/outbound activities and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.

• Item Accountability: Take full ownership of all In & Out items; perform regular audits to ensure zero leakage or inventory loss.

• Manpower Management: Directly handle and supervise ground-level staff, including task assignment, scheduling, and training.

• Vehicle Coordination: Oversee loading/unloading and ensure timely vehicle dispatch using basic logistics knowledge.

• Reporting: Maintain precise digital and physical logs for all transactions using MS Excel/WMS.

Shift Details

• Duration: 12-hour shifts.

• Must be comfortable with extended hours and stay focused throughout the shift.

Required Skills & Experience

• Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and handle manpower effectively.

• Technical: Proficient in MS Excel for data entry and basic reporting.

• Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of transport vehicles, loading capacities, and safe item handling.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and move items as required.
