Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

• Verify inward and outward stock movements and ensure proper documentation.

• Track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely execution.

• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products as per order requirements.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.

• Conduct regular stock verification and assist in inventory reconciliation.

• Maintain reports related to inventory, dispatches, pending orders, and warehouse operations.

• Identify operational issues and report them to the management with practical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and warehouse discipline.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or FMCG operations.

• Basic knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), inventory control, and order management.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in an FMCG company will be an added advantage.
