achieve efficiency and excellence. We’re looking for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our team

and oversee the seamless management of our warehousing operations.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day operations for multiple clients at the

warehouse. The role requires expertise in warehousing processes, including inventory management,

inward and outward operations, cycle counts, audits, vendor coordination, and client relationship

management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

○ Supervise inward, outward, and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

○ Implement and monitor daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain

inventory accuracy.

○ Oversee loading/unloading operations and ensure goods are placed in designated

storage areas.

2. Last-Mile Operations Coordination

○ Manage last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods

to clients' end locations.

○ Coordinate with delivery partners and teams to resolve last-mile challenges and

optimize routes.

○ Monitor last-mile performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing

improvements.

3. Client Management

○ Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, addressing their operational

needs and queries.

○ Maintain high service standards, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

4. Inventory & Reporting

○ Manage and track inventory levels,reconciling discrepancies during audits.

○ Prepare and present MIS reports detailing warehouse performance, inventory status,

and client-specific KPIs.

5. Vendor Management

○ Coordinate with vendors and suppliersforsmooth operations, ensuring timely

delivery and service compliance.

○ Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

6. Compliance & Safety

○ Ensure adherence to SOPs,safety protocols, and warehouse best practices.

○ Conduct periodic checks to maintain hygiene and compliance across operations.7. Travel & Coordination

○ Travel within Gurgaon and Delhi NCR to oversee and manage operations across

multiple warehouse locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with exposure to managing multi-client

facilities.

● Strong knowledge of inward, outward, cycle count, audits, and inventory management

processes.

● Proficiency in warehouse managementsystems and generating MIS reports.

● Excellent communication, clientmanagement, and vendor negotiation skills.

● Ability to travel within the city as required, covering Gurgaon and Delhi NCR regions.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations with multiple clients.

● Familiarity with WMS tools and advanced Excel for reporting.

● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
