Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse work and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling inventory, supervising staff, and making sure stock is stored and dispatched properly.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day warehouse activities (inward, storage, dispatch).

• Check stock regularly and match physical stock with system records.

• Do quality check (QC) of incoming and returned items.

• Check refurbished items like furniture and appliances.

• Ensure stock is kept at the right location and follow FIFO (First In First Out).

• Prepare items for delivery, transfer, or replacement.

• Make sure all items are properly labeled and barcoded.

• Report any stock mismatch, shortage, or damage.

• Ensure proper handling to avoid damages.

• Oversee cleaning of warehouse items when required.

• Maintain record of consumables and ensure no stock shortage.

• Follow safety rules and maintain proper warehouse standards.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in warehouse / inventory role.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

• Comfortable using systems/ERP and barcode scanners.

• Good team handling and coordination skills.

• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills.
