We are looking for a Warehouse Scanner to join our team at at TATA1MG. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹8,000 - ₹15,500 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Scanning: Operate RF scanners to scan product barcodes, bin locations, and pallets during stock movement.
Receiving & Put-Away: Scan incoming shipments to verify quantities against purchase orders and log their storage locations.
Order Picking & Packing: Follow scanner prompts to locate, pick, and scan items for customer orders accurately.
Shipping Verification: Scan outbound packages to confirm the correct items are loaded onto delivery vehicles.
Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and audits using the scanner to identify and report inventory discrepancies.
System Updates: Ensure scanned data syncs correctly with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Safety & Maintenance: Report any equipment malfunctions and maintain a clean, organized work area.Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
