JOB DESCRIPTION – WAREHOUSE PICKER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

About the Opportunity

We are hiring candidates for Warehouse Operations at a warehouse facility in Orakaddau, Tamil Nadu. The role involves picking and handling products, maintaining productivity, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Candidates can earn up to ₹24,000+ per month, depending on attendance, overtime, night-shift allowance and applicable productivity incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products/orders accurately as per assigned requirements.

• Scan, sort and organize products in the warehouse.

• Pack and move products to designated areas.

• Maintain required daily productivity levels.

• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.

• Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other warehouse team members.

• Follow attendance, shift and workplace discipline requirements.

Earning Components

The advertised earning potential may include:

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,250

• Leave Encashment: ₹930

• Overtime: ₹130 per hour

• Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per day

• Productivity Incentive: Up to ₹5,000

• Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹24,000+

Actual earnings, incentives, overtime and allowances are subject to applicable company policies, attendance, productivity, working hours and eligibility.

Eligibility / Criteria

• Minimum 26 days of attendance as per the advertised criteria.

• Candidates should be willing to work in a warehouse environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts where applicable.

• Ability to meet the required picking/productivity targets.

• Candidates must maintain regular attendance and follow workplace rules.

• Minimum picking target: 2,000 units per day, as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.

• Candidates with or without prior warehouse experience may be considered, subject to employer requirements.
