Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

• Raipur – ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 CTC

• Bangalore – ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 CTC

• Chennai – ₹35,000 CTC (Tamil language is mandatory)

Warehouse Supervisor

• Bhubaneswar – 2 Positions | ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 CTC

• Bhiwandi, Maharashtra – 1 Position | ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 CTC

### ✅ Experience Required

Minimum •3+ years•• of experience in 3PL Warehouse Operations

### 📌 Special Note

For Bangalore and Chennai locations, preference will be given to candidates from North India, East India, or West India who are willing to relocate. Local South India candidates are not being considered for these positions.

🕒 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: Sunday

🎉 Holidays: Government Holidays as per Company Calendar

## Role Overview

We are looking for experienced warehouse professionals who can independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations and efficiently lead operational teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of:

• Managing complete warehouse operations independently

• Identifying and onboarding new warehouse spaces

• Arranging forklifts, hydra machines, and warehouse equipment

• Managing manpower vendors and workforce planning

• Ensuring customer compliance and operational excellence

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Loading, Unloading & Documentation

• Manage vehicle loading and unloading activities

• Verify invoices, challans, e-Way Bills, GRNs, and other documents

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation

### 2. Daily Warehouse Operations

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure FIFO/LIFO and 5S practices are followed

• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and discipline

### 3. Inventory Management

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification

• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS/ERP

• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

### 4. Audit & Compliance

• Maintain audit-ready documentation

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company SOPs

• Follow all safety and quality standards

### 5. Excel & MIS Reporting

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including:

• VLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• IF Formulas

• Conditional Formatting

• Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

Monitor and report KPIs such as:

• TAT

• Stock Accuracy

• Dispatch Accuracy

• Productivity

### 6. Team Handling & Vendor Management

• Lead warehouse executives, supervisors, loaders, pickers, and helpers

• Train and monitor team performance

• Coordinate with manpower vendors

• Arrange forklifts and hydra machines as required

• Coordinate with customers and transporters for smooth operations

## Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL/Logistics Warehouse Operations

✔ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

✔ Experience with WMS/ERP systems

✔ Advanced Excel & MIS reporting skills

✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities

✔ Ability to independently manage warehouse operations
