The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end branch operations including, sales coordination, inventory management, logistics, staff supervision and customer relationship management. The role ensures smooth daily operations, achievement of sales targets, and adherence to company policies.
Role and Responsibilities:-
Branch Operations:
Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Implement company SOPs, policies, and operational standards
Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving items
Ensure proper inward, outward, and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with warehouse and HO for timely replenishment
Minimize stock losses, damages, and obsolescence
Team Management:
Supervise and motivate branch staff (sales, billing, warehouse, delivery)
Allocate duties and ensure productivity
Conduct training on product knowledge and operational processes
Manage attendance, discipline, and performance reviews
Accounts & Compliance:
Oversee billing, cash handling, credit control, and collections
Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing, and company audit requirements
Coordinate with accounts team for daily and monthly closures
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and returns effectively
Build long-term relationships with dealers and retailers
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts and aftermarket operations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Inventory and supply chain understanding.
Basic accounting and GST knowledge.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ERP / billing software (Tally, SAP. or similar).
Work Experience and Qualifications:
min 5–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or similar industry.
Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or branch management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.

Stock accuracy and inventory turnover.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Team productivity and attrition.
Compliance and audit scores.
Salary: Rs.35,000-45,000/- per month + TA + DA + PF/ESIC + Insurance and others.
