Warehouse Manager

Qwikxy is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to handle day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for managing inbound materials, stock arrangement, deliveries, staff supervision, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring a smooth and fast dispatch process. The ideal candidate should also have good product knowledge in hardware, bath fittings, and plumbing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete warehouse operations including inbound, storage, dispatch, and deliveries

• Ensure proper stock arrangement, space utilization, and easy material identification

• Supervise and improve the faster delivery process to support customer satisfaction

• Monitor goods inward and outward entries accurately

• Handle and supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and delivery team

• Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, neatness, and safety standards

• Track and coordinate vehicle maintenance, service schedules, and delivery readiness

• Minimize stock damage, loss, and misplacement

• Conduct regular stock checking, inventory reconciliation, and reporting

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and operations teams for smooth workflow

• Ensure proper documentation for inward/outward materials and delivery challans

• Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the warehouse team

• Support implementation of process improvements for better efficiency and control

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of hardware, bath fittings, plumbing, and construction-related materials

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory handling, and dispatch operations

• Ability to manage staff and daily operational issues independently

• Good understanding of stock organization and material movement

• Basic knowledge of Excel, billing/inventory software, and warehouse records

• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and ensure on-time deliveries

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in building materials / hardware / sanitary / plumbing industry preferred

• Hands-on approach with strong operational control

• Good communication skills in local language and basic English/Hindi

• Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented
