Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling and coordination skills with relevant warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.

Monitor inward and outward material movement and documentation.

Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate physical inventory audits.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of materials.

Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams.

Ensure timely dispatches and efficient warehouse space utilization.

Maintain MIS reports, stock reports, and warehouse documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.

Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.

Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet dispatch timelines.

Experience in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in a structured warehouse/industrial environment.
