Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies
- Source and procure materials, furniture, and services for projects
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities
- Assist in managing procurement budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design or construction
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with procurement software and tools
- Knowledge of Indian market and suppliers
- Experience with tendering and contract management
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPP)
