We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team at Aum Event And Promotions India Private Limited to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and exciting field exposure.

We're looking for an organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our event production inventory and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of event equipment and materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

• Coordinate equipment prep and loading for upcoming events with production teams

• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of audio/visual equipment, lighting, staging, décor, and other event assets

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks

• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse space

• Track equipment returns from events and manage repairs or replacements

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment rentals and procurement

• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient operations
