Job Title: Warehouse Manager.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Raipur (Mandir Hasaud) facility to manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, manpower supervision, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations — receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counts

• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, monitor performance

• Ensure timely order fulfillment as per client SLAs

• Implement safety protocols and maintain a compliant warehouse environment

• Coordinate inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling with transport teams

• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization

• Handle WMS/inventory software and ensure accurate data entry

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports

• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and clients to resolve issues.
