Key Responsibilities :-

• Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.

• Operations & Logistics

  • Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.

• Team Supervision

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  • Provide training on safety protocols and operational procedures.

  • Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline among staff.

• Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

  • Implement and monitor health & safety practices (PPE, fire safety, etc.).

• Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement and warehouse performance.

  • Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Support management with data for decision-making.

• Proficiency in ERP/WMS software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.

• Accuracy of inventory records.

• On-time dispatch and delivery rate.

• Warehouse space utilization efficiency.

• Reduction in stock discrepancies and damages.

• Staff productivity and compliance with safety standards.
