Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor and guide warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards (5S).
Identify areas of improvement and assist in process optimization.
