Job Description

The WAREHOUSE INCHARGE will be responsible for scanning, checking, packing, labeling, and preparing CCTV cameras, security gadgets, and related electronic products for dispatch. The candidate should handle products carefully and ensure that all items are correctly verified before shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan CCTV cameras, security gadgets, and electronic products using the assigned scanner/system.

• Verify product codes, quantities, and shipment details.

• Check products for visible damage or discrepancies before packing.

• Pack cameras and security devices securely using appropriate packaging materials.

• Ensure products are properly protected against damage during transportation.

• Print and attach correct labels, barcodes, and shipment details.

• Match packed items with the required order or dispatch list.

• Maintain accurate records of scanned and packed products.

• Separate and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.

• Keep the packing and work area clean and organized.

• Follow company procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.

• Complete assigned scanning and packing work within the required timelines.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of computers/scanning systems.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to handle electronic products carefully.

• Basic reading and understanding of product labels and codes.

• Good discipline and willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
