A&M Agri Ventures Private Limited is having an Agroforestery Project named Atulye Krishi Vana near Village: Ramgarh, Tehsil: Ichhawar, District: Sehore (which is 1hour 25minutes travel time from Bhopal and 35min travel time from Icchawar)

Candidate Profile: Experienced professional who have worked in Stores (not retail) / Warehouse. Ex-Army Personnel (NCO/JCO) below the age of 50years can also apply.

Education Qualification: Graduate (highly desirable). Must have experience to work on computers - Excel and Word to prepare data and reports for the Management and Operations team.

Experience: 6months - 3years | Ex- Army Personnel (NCO/JCO)

Job Location: Agroforestry Project site.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Other Support:

a. The accommodation will be provided to the employee on sharing basis at the site itself.

b. Food will be provided at the site with a nominal contribution.

c. Washing Machines, Recreational activities are provided at the site itself.

Job Description:

1. Planning and Control of Inventory and Stock: Ensure optimal level of inventory (Inputs and outputs) be stocked and conduct regular audits to minimize shortages and wastages.

2. Receiving and Distribution of stock: Coordinate for inbound / receiving of stock as per the quality, quantity and time. Issue of stock or material as per the indent for smooth operations.

3. Maintenance of Storage Facility: Ensure proper storage of products as per the 5S. FIFO and LIFO to ensure wastages can be minimized and resources can be optimally utilized.

4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure the adherence to the safety and applicable compliance standards while handling the products and /or equipment.

5. Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain a clean, secure and safe premise and prevent infestation or decay and/or loss of material and/or inventory.

Major Deliverables expected includes and are not limited to:

1. Inventory Accuracy

2. Turnover rates

3. Order fulfillment Cycle as per SLAs

4. Reduction in Wastages

5. Optimal utilization of storage facility

6. Cost efficiency

7. Safety Incidents
