Job Description – Stock Coordinator

Position: Stock Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Coordinator to manage and coordinate stock and inventory activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating stock movement, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate the inward and outward movement of materials and products.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and operations teams for stock requirements.
• Verify received materials against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
• Track stock transfers between locations or departments.
• Follow up on pending material deliveries and stock requirements.
• Assist in stock audits and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in stock coordination, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
