Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Rotational Week-Off)

Syvo Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing consumer electronics company specializing in camera accessories and mobile accessories under the brand names Syvo and Tygot. Our product portfolio includes tripods, selfie sticks, earbuds, and other digital accessories. We sell across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart) as well as quick commerce platforms.

Role: Warehouse ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound operations – receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Manage B2B orders and ensure timely fulfillment on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and quick commerce platforms.

• Maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.

• Oversee returns management – inspection, sorting, and updating system records.

• Work on Vinculum software for order processing, inventory, and returns.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth dispatch & delivery.

• Ensure warehouse hygiene, proper labeling, and systematic storage.

• Generate reports and maintain data using MS Excel for inventory, orders, and shipments.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce / quick commerce.

• Hands-on experience with Vinculum software is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, reporting).

• Good communication & team coordination skills.

• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
