Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Executive to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, packaging of products for dispatch, and handling walk-in customer queries. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in Hindi and English, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock records, checking stock availability, organising inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of stock entries.

2. Packaging & Dispatch: Pick, check, pack, and prepare products for dispatch while ensuring correct quantities and proper packaging.

3. Customer Handling: Attend to walk-in customers, respond to basic product and stock availability queries, and coordinate with senior staff whenever required.

4. Computer Operations: Use a laptop/computer for routine work, including data entry and maintaining records in MS Excel and MS Word.

5. Warehouse Organisation: Help maintain cleanliness, proper arrangement, and systematic storage of products in the warehouse.

6. Coordination: Work with warehouse colleagues and the sales/billing team to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.

7. Other Duties: Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak Hindi and English.

• Basic working knowledge of computers and laptops.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Attention to detail while checking products, quantities, and stock records.

• Honest, punctual, organised, and willing to learn.

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or dispatch experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Working Requirements

• Willingness to perform both computer-based and physical warehouse tasks.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

• Responsible handling of products and inventory.
