Job Title: Logistics – Shift Operations
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: Any Industry
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor day-to-day shift operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely movement and handling of materials/goods.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.
Track shift-wise activities, productivity, and operational requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of records.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Ensure adherence to company processes and safety guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Operations / Warehouse / Supply Chain or any relevant industry.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
