वेयरहाउस एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team at at Paragon Scm Private Limite. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material inward/receiving and quantity/document verification.

• SAP/ERP entries, GRN and documentation.

• Proper storage, stacking, labeling and material identification.

• Stock control, physical verification and reconciliation with SAP/system stock.

• Monitoring minimum stock levels and preventing shortages.

• Picking, dispatch preparation and quantity/part-number verification.

• Daily strapping/bundling of received material into required sets after inward.

• Dispatch, loading/unloading and vehicle coordination.

• Managing packaging materials such as boxes, pallets, lids, sleeves and inserts.

• Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly MIS and warehouse reports.

• Maintaining invoices, DCs, challans, GRNs, PODs and other warehouse records.

• Coordination with customers, HO, Operations, transporters and drivers.

• Immediate escalation and follow-up of shortages, damages, delays and operational issues.

• Maintaining 5S, safety, PPE, SOP and audit compliance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
