Job Description: Warehouse Co Ordinator

About Us:

Rajni Intimates is a 37-year-old legacy lingerie brand transforming into a fast-scaling, modern D2C and retail company. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse assistant who can take charge of day-to-day operations, dispatches, inventory, and team coordination at our central warehouse located near new guddahalli Vijayanagar Mysore Road, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations: inward, outward, and stock audits

· Ensure accurate inventory management and reconciliation

· Manage packing, labelling, and dispatches as per store-wise orders

· Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for smooth last-mile delivery

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S practices across the warehouse

· Handle stock damage, replacements, returns, and reporting

· Generate daily MIS reports: Inward, Dispatch, Stock, and Delivery status

· Monitor team performance and allocate manpower for optimum efficiency

· Ensure timely GRN and invoicing support to backend operations

· Work closely with sales, operations, and e-commerce teams for order fulfilment

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or store management experience

· Experience in garment/apparel/retail warehousing is highly preferred

· Working knowledge of inventory software / Excel / dispatch tracking tools

· Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills

· Ability to work under pressure and manage high dispatch volumes

· Comfortable with a 6-day work week

· Should be based in or near Mysore Road, Bangalore
