Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (inbound & outbound operations)
• Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes for efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, dispatch records, stock reports)
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Handle vendor deliveries and verify received goods
• Train and guide warehouse staff (packers, loaders, etc.)
Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (Excel/ERP)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic leadership and team handling ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
