Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to handle the picking, packing, checking, and dispatching of medical and pharmaceutical stock. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, proper handling of products, and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities
Pick medical and pharmaceutical products accurately as per invoices, orders, or picking lists.
Pack medicines and medical stock safely and securely for dispatch.
Verify product name, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and packing condition before dispatch.
Arrange and organize stock systematically in designated warehouse locations.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices while handling medical stock.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing stock carefully.
Check received stock against purchase orders/invoices and report discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
Assist in stock counting, physical inventory checks, and stock audits.
Identify damaged, expired, or short-expiry products and immediately report them to the supervisor.
Ensure products are handled and stored according to company procedures.
Prepare orders for dispatch within the assigned timeline.
Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with the warehouse team and other departments for smooth order fulfillment.
Follow all company safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and stock handling.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read product names, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit to handle routine warehouse activities.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Minimum 10th / Intermediate; any relevant warehouse qualification is an advantage.
Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse, pharmacy, medical stock, FMCG, or similar operations. Freshers may also be considered based on suitability.
