Warehouse Operations
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
Ensure proper arrangement and storage of inventory for easy identification and movement.
Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.
Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.
Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries.
Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records.
Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory to minimize damage or loss.
Track damaged, returned, or expired stock and maintain appropriate records.
Operations Coordination
Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and other internal teams regarding inventory and dispatch requirements.
Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure timely dispatches.
Resolve day-to-day operational and warehouse-related issues.
Support the implementation of efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and inventory reports for management.
