Job Description:

 Knowledge on inbound operations (Invoice processing/GRN/Receiving/TAT).
 Ensure quick fulfilment of orders in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs & en-sure metrics are met.
 Control shrinkage at store, and ensure complete adherence to SOPs & processes.
 Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.
 Exposure on return (Sales return) process.
 Ensure 100% load processing in shift & maintain process TAT.
 Awareness of process knowledge and industry working experience (E-commerce).
 Root Cause Analysis techniques.
 Operations Management.
 Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint usability.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work effectively as a leading member of a dynamic, dispersed team.
 Team Handling skills, Problem solving skills - working in challenging environments.
 Manage off roll employees & ensure timely availability & performance.
 Ensure/Monitor that all assets are in working condition, and are accounted for.
 Maintaining & submitting daily reports.
