1. Document Management: o Maintain and update warehouse records, including inventory logs, shipping and receiving documents, and order forms. o Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices. 2. Data Entry and Reporting: o Input and update data in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant databases. o Generate and review reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and shipping activities. 3. Communication and Coordination: o Act as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments such as sales, procurement, and customer service. o Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory, or documentation. 4. Administrative Support: o Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports. 5. Inventory Management: o Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock audits and cycle counts. o Support inventory control initiatives and help manage stock discrepancies. 6. Customer Service: o Address and resolve customer inquiries related to shipping and inventory in a timely and professional manner. o Provide support in handling returns, exchanges, and special requests. 7. Office Organization: o Maintain an organized and efficient office environment within the warehouse. o Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
