Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage dispatch and delivery operations at our newly established warehouse in Rajkot. The billing will be managed from our manufacturing plant; the candidate’s main role will be to handle printing, dispatch coordination, and ensuring timely delivery from the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations from Rajkot warehouse

• Print invoices and dispatch documents (billing done at manufacturing unit)

• Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for smooth dispatches

• Maintain records of inward and outward stock

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers

• Coordinate with head office/manufacturing plant for dispatch schedules
  

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience

• Basic computer knowledge (printing, MS Office, email, etc.)

• Experience in warehouse/dispatch preferred

• Honest, reliable, and responsible personality
  

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
