Job Title: Billing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle billing, documentation, and basic logistics-related activities at our Calicut location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.

• Verify billing details and ensure accuracy.

• Handle order punching, order processing, pick list and invoice generation.

• Prepare E-way Bills, LR and other logistics documents.

• Maintain billing, stock and related reports.

• Coordinate with the Logistics, Sales and Finance teams.

• Maintain proper records of billing and inventory transactions.

• Follow up on billing discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Prepare and share daily/periodic reports as required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in billing/logistics operations.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or 3PL industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Basic knowledge of billing and logistics documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
