The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance while coordinating with logistics, procurement, and production teams.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work assignments
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials and finished goods
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for timely deliveries
Handle material discrepancies, damages, and stock shortages
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce losses
