Responsibilities
Summary:
The Warehouse Management Executive is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of goods in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, safety, compliance, and timely fulfillment of business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including material inward and outward management, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate receipt of materials as per Purchase Orders and delivery documents.
Oversee proper storage, stacking, labeling, and bin allocation of inventory.
Coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Allocate the vehicle numbers and coordinate with picker and packer
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems.
Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and report variances.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
Skills Needed
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho or similar) Or good with Excel
Good understanding of logistics documentation
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
