Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Pick, pack, and dispatch products based on sales orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Perform stock verification and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Monitor inward and outward material movements.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
