Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 In-Hand

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious VNA Operator to manage material movement, storage, and retrieval activities within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklifts in high-rack warehouse environments while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate VNA forklifts for loading, unloading, stacking, and retrieval of materials.

• Perform put-away, replenishment, and picking activities as per warehouse requirements.

• Handle material movement within narrow aisle storage systems.

• Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of goods while minimizing product damage.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems for inventory transactions and stock updates.

• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements.

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the work area •Assist in inventory audits, stock counting, and warehouse activities as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Valid VNA/Forklift Operator Certification or License.

• Hands-on experience operating VNA equipment in warehouse environments.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.

• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic WMS/ERP systems.

• Strong focus on safety and operational accuracy.

• Good coordination and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
