1. Vendor Management & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, suppliers, and hotel procurement partners for FMCG food products (ghee, oils, jams, pickles, spices, etc.).
Manage vendor registration, documentation, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals.
Maintain and update vendor databases, rate sheets, and supply agreements.
Ensure all vendors comply with quality, packaging, and delivery standards.
2. Hotel & Institutional Sales
Promote ANNKRITI’s FMCG food products to hotels, restaurants, and catering services (HORECA segment).
Develop new business by meeting hotel purchase managers, chefs, and F&B heads.
Manage product sampling, pricing proposals, and follow-ups for order closures.
Coordinate with the internal logistics team to ensure on-time delivery and after-sales support.
3. Relationship & Account Handling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing hotel clients and vendors.
Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure consistent product quality.
Handle monthly sales reports, purchase forecasts, and reorder follow-ups.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain accurate sales and vendor performance reports.
Provide regular updates to the management on sales performance and vendor activity.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of hotel procurement processes and HORECA sector
Vendor sourcing, onboarding, and management expertise
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
