**Job Title:** Transport Manager
**Location:** Kosi Kalan, Uttar Pradesh – 281403

We are a growing and dynamic organization seeking an experienced and dedicated Transport Manager to oversee and manage our transportation operations efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation operations
* Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods
* Manage vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver schedules
* Monitor transport costs and implement cost-saving strategies
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
* Handle logistics issues and resolve operational challenges
* Maintain records of vehicle movements, expenses, and reports
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of logistics, fleet management, and transport regulations
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting tools)
**Qualification:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
* Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education
