Transport Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our logistics team as a Transport Data Entry & Logistics Tracking Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering transport-related data, monitoring shipment movements, and ensuring timely updates within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain transport and shipment data in company systems with high accuracy

Track and monitor vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and shipment status

Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners for real-time updates

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports

Identify and resolve discrepancies in transport data

Ensure proper documentation of dispatch and delivery records

Maintain communication logs and update stakeholders on shipment progress

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry software, email communication)

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Prior experience in logistics, transport, or data entry preferred but not mandatory
