About the Role

Fleeca India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Trainer who will be responsible for training truck drivers on tyre awareness, tyre maintenance, and basic truck tyre safety practices. The role involves on-field training to ensure drivers understand when to change tyres, when servicing is required, and how to take proper care of tyres to improve safety and tyre life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground training sessions for truck drivers in the Delhi region.

• Educate drivers on truck tyres, tyre wear patterns, tyre pressure, rotation, and maintenance.

• Train drivers to identify when tyres need replacement or servicing.

• Create awareness on safe driving practices related to tyre health.

• Explain daily tyre inspection methods and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth training execution.

• Maintain training records and submit training reports and feedback.

• Travel to client sites, transport hubs, and fleet locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of truck tyres and tyre maintenance.

• Experience in driver training, field training, or fleet operations (preferred).

• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus).

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and practical language.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi area.

• Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in tyre industry, fleet operations, or field training (preferred).

• Freshers with strong tyre knowledge and training ability may also be considered.
